Businesses should regularly review their profiles and request corrections where necessary.
BizHub24 reserves the right to correct, update, reorganise, remove or restrict information where reasonably necessary.
BizHub24 may offer verification features for businesses.
Verification means that BizHub24 has completed a particular verification process. It does not necessarily mean that:
Verification badges or statuses may be removed where verification requirements are no longer satisfied.
BizHub24 may offer free and paid business plans.
Paid plans may provide additional features such as:
Features, prices and benefits may change from time to time.
Where a paid subscription applies, the applicable price, billing period and subscription terms will be presented to the Business User before purchase.
Where BizHub24 provides paid services, Business Users are responsible for paying applicable fees.

By submitting content, the Business User confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use that content.
The Business User grants BizHub24 permission to host, display, reproduce, format, resize and distribute the content on the Platform for purposes of providing and promoting the BizHub24 service.
BizHub24 does not claim ownership of a Business User's original business content.
Businesses must not upload or publish content that:
BizHub24 may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
People may use BizHub24 to search for businesses, products and services.
Search Users understand that BizHub24 is a discovery and connection platform.
Information shown in a listing may come from the business itself or other sources and may change without notice.

Reviews should represent genuine experiences.

BizHub24 may display businesses according to search relevance, location, category, profile information, popularity, user engagement, promotional arrangements, subscription features or other factors.
A higher position in search results does not necessarily mean that BizHub24 recommends or guarantees the business.
Paid promotional placement may be identified where required.
Search results may change from time to time.
BizHub24 may provide advertising and promotional opportunities to Business Users.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that their advertisements:
BizHub24 may reject, edit, suspend or remove advertising content that does not meet its requirements.
BizHub24 may provide AI-assisted tools that help businesses create marketing material.
AI-generated content may include:
AI-generated content should be reviewed by the Business User before publication.
Businesses remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and suitability of content they publish.
BizHub24 does not guarantee that AI-generated content is factually accurate, unique or suitable for a particular advertising purpose.
BizHub24 may contain links or integrations to third-party services, including:
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
BizHub24 is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, content or policies of third-party services.
BizHub24 may collect and process personal information in connection with the operation of the Platform.

The BizHub24 name, logo, branding, website design, software, platform functionality, graphics, original content and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to BizHub24 unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit BizHub24 proprietary materials without appropriate permission.
Business Users retain ownership of their original business content, subject to the licence granted to BizHub24 under these Terms.
BizHub24 aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be:
Maintenance, updates, technical failures, third-party services, internet connectivity and other circumstances may affect availability.
BizHub24 may temporarily suspend parts of the Platform when reasonably necessary.
Users must keep their account credentials confidential.
Users are responsible for activity carried out through their account unless they can demonstrate that the activity was caused by circumstances outside their reasonable control.
Users should notify BizHub24 if they believe their account has been compromised.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a Business User agrees to indemnify BizHub24 against reasonable claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from:
This provision does not apply to the extent that the relevant loss was caused by BizHub24's own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Where a dispute arises between a Search User and a Business User, the parties should first attempt to resolve the matter directly.
BizHub24 may, where appropriate, assist with communication or review Platform-related complaints, but is not automatically required to resolve disputes between users and businesses.
Nothing in this section prevents a user from exercising rights available under applicable consumer-protection or other laws.
Users may report a business, review, listing or other content where they believe it:

BizHub24 may introduce, modify, suspend or discontinue features from time to time.
